摘要
氧指数法是研究塑料产品燃烧性能的一种方法。在建筑材料检测中,主要应用于塑料绝缘电工套管、塑料绝缘电线槽的阻燃性能检测,这些产品相应的执行标准中,对阻燃性能检测都引用了《塑料燃烧性能试验方法氧指数法》GB/T2406-93作为检测方法。2008年,中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局、中国国家标准化管理委员会对GB/T2406进行了更新,用《塑料用氧指数法测定燃烧行为第1部分:导则》GB/T2406.1-2008,替代了GB/T2406-93。本文通过对新旧标准进行对照比较,结合作者个人的检测经验,对氧指数法检测进行探讨,获得一些新的个人见解,借此提高氧指数检测的准确性。
Oxygen index method is a method to study the combustion properties of plastic products. Detection in building materials, mainly used in plastic conduit, plastic, flame-retardant properties of insulated wire and tank testing, these products are appropriate in the implementation of standards, performance testing are quoted on the flame of the "Plastics-Determination of flammablility by oxygen index"GB/T 2406-93 as the detection method. GB/T 2406 has been updated in 2008 by the Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Standardization Administration of China , with the "Plastics-Determination of burning behaviour by oxygen index-Part 1: Guidance"GB / T 2406.1-2008, replacing the GB / T 2406-93. Based on the comparisons of old and new standards, combined with the detection of individual experience, to explore the oxygen index test, get some new personal insights to improve the accuracy of the oxygen index test.
