摘要
目的:观察海洛因依赖者心电图(ECG)变化情况,探讨海洛因依赖者的吸食时间、剂量及方式与ECG异常变化的关系。方法:对康慈医院2007年11月至2009年12月600例海洛因依赖者进行ECG检查,并与同期560例健康体检者(对照组)的ECG检查结果分析,对海洛因依赖时间、剂量及方式比较。结果:海洛因依赖者ECG异常改变率高达52.33%,显著高于对照组(13.39%)。以窦性心动过缓(17.83%)、ST段及T波改变(17.5%)、窦性心律不齐(7.82%)为主。结论:海洛因依赖者的ECG异常发生率较高,且与滥用时间、剂量及方式有统计学意义。
Objective： To observe ECG changes in heroin Addicts and the relationship between the change of ECG and using time, dosing and manners of heroin addicts. Methods： The study subjects were 600 Heroin Additions who were recruited to Kangci Hospital for treatment from November 2007 to December 2009. The ECG of all Heroin Additions were measured. The result was compared with that of the normal who had health examination during that time, and compared with the using time, dosing and manners of heroin addition. Results：In the heroin addiction, the change rate of ECG was 52. 33%, which was higher than that of the control（ 13.39% ）. The first third ECG change sequences of the Heroin additions were sinus bradycardia（ 107 cases, accounting for 17. 83% ）, S-T and T alters （105 cases, accounting for 17.5% ）and sinus arrhythmias （47 cases, accounting for 7. 82% ） . The change of ECG caused by heroin addition mainly were sinus bradycardia and T wave changes. Conclusion：Heroin Addicts can induce high change rate of ECG, and has statistics meaning with using time, dosing and manners of heroin addiction.
