摘要
研究了在稳定剂存在条件下,采用复合配体进行化学镀CuSnP合金的配方及工艺。测定并讨论了镀液成分、沉积条件等诸因素对工艺的影响,并运用光电子能谱仪对镀层的组成进行分析。结果表明:用本工艺所得的镀层表面呈光亮的金黄色,抗盐溶液和酸性气体腐蚀能力较强,可作为一种优异的仿金手段用作装饰品的生产。镀层各组成元素的相对原子百分数为:Cu 84 .55% 、Sn 5 .75 % 、P5 .23 % 、Fe2 .03% 和O2 .61 % 。
The electroless Cu Sn P composite coatings on steel surface had been formed by adding the stabilizer and the multi ligand, and the results were reported on the influence of the bath composition and the deposition conditions to the technology. The coating had stronger corrosion resistance and good golden appearance. The relative atomic percent contents of the coating was Cu? 84.35 %, Sn?5.75%, P?5.23%, Fe?2.01% and O?2.63%.
