摘要
从高技术产业创新能力的科技、制度和管理3个维度,对武汉市高技术产业创新能力的现状进行了系统分析,建立了武汉市高技术产业创新能力评价指标体系,运用模糊评价模型,对武汉市高技术产业创新能力进行了综合评价,在此基础上提出了武汉市高技术产业创新能力提升的相关建议。
A systematic analysis for the status quo of high-technology industry′s innovation capability in Wuhan was conducted in accordance with the connotation,from the angles of science and technology,institution and management.The evaluation index system of high-technology industry′s innovation capability in Wuhan was established.Fuzzy estimation model was employed to make synthetic estimation for high-technology industry′s innovation capability in Wuhan.On this basis,some suggestions on improving high-technology industry′s innovation capability in Wuhan were proposed.
