摘要
目的观察康泉方治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的疗效。方法采用随机分组,治疗组30例采用康泉方,对照组30例采用泽桂癃爽胶囊,治疗时间3个月,观察前列腺症状评分、生活质量指数、最大尿流率、平均尿流率、残余尿、前列腺体积的变化情况。结果康泉方组能明显改善BPH患者前列腺症状评分,提高生活质量,提高最大尿流率和平均尿流率,减少残余尿和缩小前列腺体积;在改善前列腺症状评分、提高最大尿流率、减少残余尿方面优于对照组。结论康泉方治疗前列腺增生安全有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Kangquan recipe on benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods 60 BPH patients were assigned randomly to two groups,the treatment group（n=30） received Kangquan recipe,the control group（n=30） were taken Zegui Longshuang capsule for 3 months,and the changes of international prostate symptom scores（IPSS）,quality of life index（QLI）,maximum flow rate（MFR）,average flow rate（AFR）,residual urine（RU） and prostatic volume（PV） in patients of two groups were observed.Results The changes of IPSS,QLI,MFR,AFR,RU and PV in treatment group had statistics significant difference respectively before and after the treatment,and the change amplitude of IPSS,MFR and RU in treatment group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion Kangquan recipe has favourable effect and safety.
