摘要
实践证明,在我国农业契约关系的履行效率是很低的。针对此问题,文章在前人的研究基础上总结并综合提出了一套影响农业契约履行的影响因素指标体系,同时利用决策试行与评价试验室(DEMATEL方法)对该指标体系进行定量分析,通过研究影响程度大小,找到了影响农业契约有效实现的主要因素:合同价格与交易价格差价。最后,提出了相应的对策和建议,希望为农户、农业龙头企业和政府等行为主体提供参考和借鉴。
It is proved in practice that the performance efficiency of the agricultural contract relationship is very low. For this problem, the article summarizes on the basis of previous studies and proposes a set of comprehensive index system of the influencing factors, and makes a quantitative analysis of the index system with DEMATEL. Through research, the article finds out the main factom： the contract price and transaction price difference. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions for farmers, agricultural enterprises and the government.
