摘要
在认真总结我国工程建设实践的基础上，通过学习借鉴发达国家先进的建设管理经验，针对目前国内建筑工程质量管理中存在的问题，提出了加强工程建设全过程质量监督控制的全新观念和相应措施。
On the basis of summing up the practice of the capital construction in China,through using the advanced experience of the construction management in the developed countries for reference, a new concept and corresponding measures have been presented in this paper in order to strengthen quality supervision and quality control in the whole course of the capital construction against various problems now in the quality management in China.
