摘要
进行了用回流溶气气浮工艺处理青岛某造纸厂纸板制浆废水工程设计。用滤网直接过滤,能回收纸浆156t/年;其出水的SS≤45mg/L,色度30~40(倍),CODcr270~290mg/L,水质达到了造纸工艺回用水标准并实现循环使用,节省用水85%~90%;工程运行约2年后即可回收全部投资,具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益。
A design on treatment engineering of intermediate -part wastewater in a papermakingfactors in Qing Dao by recycling dissolved air floatation is camed out, it can fillter directly by fillter net and retrieve pulpfiber 156t/year, its quality of effluence (SS< 4 mg/ L colorty 30 ~ 40, CODcr 270 290mg/L) comes up water recycling standard in papermaking -technology and can be reused, whichrunning water can be saved up to 85%-90%, it can pay off all the investment after about 2 years ofthe engineering operation and has a marked economic, social & environmental benefit.
