摘要
通过研究水利水电工程中常用的由排水廊道和排水孔组成的排渗系统结构特征,提出了工程渗流控制中带有复杂排渗系统的有限元分析网格生成及其加密技术,设计编制了有限元分析前处理软件.该软件已在冶勒水电站枢纽工程和横山热电厂灰坝工程的渗流控制优化分析计算中成功地用于渗控分析有限元计算的前处理,生成了三维有限元网格.该软件的应用,使本需20 余天的前处理工作得以在短短的1 ~2d 内完成,为实现复杂渗控系统的优化布置多方案比较创造了条件.本文研究的有限元网格加密技术具有较大的应用价值.
Automatic mesh generation and refined mesh technique for seepage control analysis is developed for the drainage body with drainage galleries and drainage holes in hydroelectric projects.The pre processing software of FEM numerical calculation is coded,and is successfully applied to the seepage control analysis of the Yele Hydroelectric Project and the Ash Dam Project of Hengshan Thermal Power Plant.The pre processing work of FEM finished manually in more than twenty days can be done in one or two days by use of the software.With the help of the software,the optimization design of complex seepage control systems can be achieved.So automatic mesh generation and refined mesh technique presented in the paper have good application prospects.
