摘要
黑泉面板坝周边缝止水结构拟采用不锈钢波纹片作止水材料,并推荐了一种改进的止水结构型式.为论证其可行性与可靠性,进行了不锈钢片材料力学性能试验、成型波纹片试验、结构模型对比试验以及结构模型破坏试验.得到以下主要结果:(a) 不锈钢材料具有良好的韧性和高强度,适宜用作止水材料;(b) 波纹片加载值与变位之间的关系式;(c) 不锈钢波纹止水结构与传统止水结构不同的变形特征及破坏特征.所建议的接缝止水结构能适应较大的变形,可满足工程要求.
Stainless steel plates have been used as a waterstop material in Heiquan project,and a new type of perimeter joint structure has also been proposed.A series of tests have been carried out to examine its feasibility and reliability,which include the material mechanical property test,the relations test between load and displacement,the comparable model test and the failure model test.The main results are as follows:(1)Stainless steel can be used as a water stop material because of its good tenacity and high strength;(2)Relations between load and displacement of waved water stop are proposed;(3)Deformation characteristics and failure characteristics of the waved water stop structure and the conventional water stop structure are revealed.The proposed structure can fit large displacements and can be used in the project according to the above results.
