摘要
我国江河发育，堤防众多．’98特大洪水使堤防工程暴露出了许多问题，汛后建设迫在眉睫，为使灾后重建能达到技术先进、经济合理和安全适用的要求，建设部颁布了《堤防工程设计规范》，其对工程地质勘察的要求仍沿用现行的国家标准《堤防工程地质勘察规程》，我们在学习、理解和应用这个规程的过程中，发现存在一些概念混淆和操作不便的问题，本文对这些问题进行了初步分析，并与大家讨论，也为规程规范的修订提供参考意见，使之更为完善．
There are so many rivers and dikes in China- Some problems was exposed in the dikes go through 'The catastrophic flood in 1998'. Ministry of consruction published the criterion of dike engineering design,which requires the engineering geology prospecting to use the rules of engineering geology prospecting about dike. During the process of study understand and apply the rules,found some problems of concept confuse and operate discommodity in the rules. The article discusses some viewpoints with geologists, provide consult to revise the rules and to perfect the rules.
