摘要
阐述广西报汛通信的现状,结合通信发展趋势,提出“公网、专网相结合,有线、无线互为补充”的报汛建设原则,对今后报汛通信的发展作了规划,提出建设洪水预警预报系统是使测站信息在20 分钟内进入水情数据库最终解决方案。
The author introduces the existing situation of Guangxi flood prediction communication, and puts forth the FP construction principle of “public network combining with special network, wired and wireless replenishing together' , and the developing plan for future FP communication. He also concludes that founding flood forwarning and prediction system is the ultimate resolution scheme which makes monitoring station information enter the water situation data base in 20 minutes.
