摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术中灌注液的温度对患者生命体征的影响。方法将110例经尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为2组(各55例),对照组用室温灌注液,温度为22～24℃;实验组用近人体体温的灌注液,温度为36～37℃,对术中2组患者生命体征的临床资料进行了统计学分析。结果 2组患者冲洗后体温比较存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。实验组患者血压和心率变化也明显低于对照组患者,2组间存在统计学差异(p<0.05)。寒战发生在实验组2例(3%),对照组17例(30%),2纽比较有明显差异(p<0.01)。结论经尿道前列腺电切术中采用等体温冲洗液能减少围手术期低体温的发生,较少干扰患者的生命体征,增加手术安全性。
Objective：To explore the effect of perfusion fluid temperature on vital signs of patients with transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）. nethods：ll0 cases of TURP patients were randomized divided into 2 groups,experimental group with 55 cases and control group with 55 cases. The perfusion fluid temperature of control group was 22 -24℃ ,the perfusion fluid temperature of experimental group was 36-37℃. The vital signs were compared between the two groups. Results：There was a significant difference in body temperature between the two groups （p〈0.05）. Compared with control group,the change of blood pressure and heart rate of experimental group was obviously lower （p〈0.05）. The incidence rate of chills in experimental group was 2%,which was significantly lower than 17% in control group （p 〈0.01）.Conclusion ： The perfusion fluid close to room temperature could cause intraoperative low temperature and make great impact on vital signs. The application of perfusion fluid close to body temperature could reduce the incidence of low body temperature during perioperative period,cause less interference on vital signs and increase the safety of operatmn.
