摘要
乙型肝炎相关性肾炎(HBV-GN)为我国常见的继发性肾炎,中医病机方面湿热常贯穿其早中期,而黄葵胶囊因具有清热利湿的作用,在乙型肝炎相关性肾炎治疗上得到较广泛的使用,文章拟从中西医两个方面试总结黄葵胶囊治疗乙型肝炎相关性肾炎的机制。
HBV associated glomerulonephritis（HBV-GN）is our common secondary glomerulonephritis.Aspect of TCM,damp heat often goes throughout the early and middle.Because of the therapy for clearing heat and promoting diuresis,Huangkui capsule are widely used in the treatment of HBV-GN.The paper summarizes the mechanism of Huangkui capsule curing hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis from both Chinese and western medicine.
