摘要
引入循证医学理念和方法促进针灸经验决策模式向循证决策模式转变,对提高针灸临床疗效具有非常重要的意义。传统文献统计方法或Meta-分析的方法对研究证据中针灸处方规律、辨证规律尚未进行深入研究。本文引入循证医学的理念和方法,结合针灸学科特色和临床诊治规律,采用数据仓库技术存储、管理针灸循证证据,运用数据挖掘技术进行最佳针灸诊断、治疗方案的临床决策方法探索,并构建具有人工智能特征的针灸临床循证诊疗决策支持系统。
Introducing ideas and methodologies of evidence-based medicine in acupuncture facilitates the transformation of decision-making mode of acupuncture from experience-based medicine to evidence-based medicine,which is extremely significant to improve clinical efficacy of acupuncture.Conventional literature analysis method and meta analysis have no intensive study on rules of prescription and law of differentiation of syndrome.This study introduced the methodology of evidence-based medicine in acupuncture based on its characteristics and rule of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and used data warehouse to store and to manage available acupuncture evidence.In the study,data mining was applied to assists in implementing decision-making process of evidence-based acupuncture and an auxiliary supported platform for evidence-based decision-making of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment which is characterized with artificial intelligence was established.
