摘要
目的:研究中药外洗与头孢拉定治疗婴幼儿支气管炎的成本-效果。方法:将81例患儿随机分为单用注射用头孢拉定和注射用头孢拉定+中药外洗2组,比较其治疗的成本-效果。结果:2组的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而中药外洗组平均总成本([2 058.6±757.3)元]小于头孢拉定组([2 592.65±1 125.85)元](P<0.05)。结论:中药外洗具有成本-效果的意义。
OBJECTIVE：To study cost-effectiveness of washing with Chinese medicine and cephradine in the treatment of infantile bronchitis.METHODS：81 cases of infantile brochitis were randojmly divided into cephradine for injection group and cephradine for injection combined with Chinese medicine for external washing group.The cost-effectiveness of two groups were compared.RESULTS：There were statistical significance in effective rate and the incidence of adverse drug reaction（P0.05）.The average total cost of washing with Chinese medicine was（2 058.6±757.3） yuan,which was smaller than cephradine group of（2 592.6±1 125.8） yuan（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Washing with Chinese medicine possesses cost-effectiveness advantage.
