摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对井口处注入头链条底部与防喷器橡胶心子顶部之间的无支撑长度的连续管进行数值分析计算,得到了不同参数下的连续管静力压曲临界载荷,分析了无支撑段连续管长度、连续管的截面面积对压曲载荷的影响规律。结果表明,压曲临界载荷随着连续管管径和壁厚的增大而增大,而随着无支撑段管长的增加而减少。该分析方法与分析结果可用于指导井口处连续管作业的设计与施工。
The paper analyzed the coiled tubing between BOP rubber borders and the bottom of injector chain in wellhead by using software ANSYS,obtained static buckling load of coiled tubing in different parameters,and analyzed the law of the buckling load of coiled tubing with different length and sectional area.The results show that static buckling load is increased with larger diameter and thicker wall of coiled tubing but reduced with the larger length of coiled tubing.The analysis methods and results can be used to guide the design and construction of coiled tubing operation in the wellhead.
