摘要
采用油田污水离子调整旋流反应法处理技术和配套处理工艺,使回用锅炉的污水在污水站完全达到进软化器的水质标准。新疆油田锅炉软化水工艺为各注汽站集中软化,为了能极大利用已有设备,通过对新疆油田稠油污水特性的研究,认为软化工艺的确定、树脂的选择和水处理软化工艺技术是扩大稠油污水回用锅炉规模的关键。
After adjusting the treatment technology of the cyclone response of oilfield wastewater and its supporting treatment process,the reuse of sewage in the boilers of the sewage station can meet the standards of water quality before entering the softener.The technology of boiler softening water of Xinjiang Oilfield provides softening for steam stations.In order to make a better use of the existing equipment,the key point is to determine the softening process,select the resin and optimize the water softening technology through careful study of sewage features of heavy oil.
