March,14,2011,the Trade Logistics Development Plan was jointly issued by Department of Commerce,National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (CFSMC).As one of six specific plans mentioned in Logistics Restructuring and Revitalization Plans,the issue of Plan aims at further promoting our trade logistics development,improve the service quality of trade logistics and enhance business services competitiveness in order to meet the demands of circulation industry development and changing economic development patterns.According to the reporter,the plan includes the present develop-ment situation of trade logistics in China,the guiding ideology,development objectives,key jobs and relevant security measures,and puts forward that local governments should promptly formulate concrete proposals and measures to ensure the implementation of the plan.
