1000MW机组主、再热蒸汽温度波动原因分析及其优化方案 被引量:2

摘要 潮州电厂3号、4号1 000MW超超临界燃煤机组在运行过程中多次出现主蒸汽温度、再热蒸汽温度大幅度波动且偏离设定值的问题。为此,对机组主蒸汽温度、再热汽蒸温度波动较大的原因进行分析并提出详细的优化方案。分析结果认为中间点温度波动大、给水调节策略存在问题是主蒸汽温度波动大的主要原因;减温水调节阀投入自动时超调量大,烟气挡板来投入自动是再热蒸汽温度波动大的原因。优化方案为:调整干态下水煤比(water fuel ratio,WFR)、给水流量以及逻辑设计时A、B侧再热调节挡板单独控制等。优化后,机组温度控制系统性能大幅度提高。 The main and reheat steam temperature drastically fluctuates and deviates from setting value on many occasions during the operation of the 3rd and 4th 1 000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired generating units in Chaozhou Power Plant.Therefor,causes for drastic fluctuations of main and reheat steam temperature are analyzed and detailed optimization proposals are brought forward.The analysis result indicates that the fierce temperature fluctuations at the intermediate points and problems in strategy for feed water regulation are major reasons for wide temperature fluctuations of main steam;great overshoot in automatic operation of regulating valve for desuperheating water,automatic operation of gas damper are reasons for temperature fluctuation of reheat steam.The detailed optimization proposals are to adjust the water fuel ratio(WFR) in dry state,feedwater flow and separated control of reheater dampers at both sides A and B in logic design and so forth.After optimization,performance of temperature control system is greatly promoted.
