Progress in research on use of dendritic cells in cancer immunotherapy

摘要 树突状细胞(dendritic cells, D C)是一类专职的抗原提呈细胞,在抗原的加工提呈、抗原识别及 T 细胞激活中发挥着重要作用。 D C具有在体内外都能直接刺激原初(naive) T细胞的独特性质。树突状细胞用于肿瘤的免疫治疗涉及诸如肽、蛋白、肿瘤细胞及提取物的体外致敏,肿瘤相关抗原、 R N A 或细胞因子的基因转移,与肿瘤细胞形成融合蛋白等。 D C疗法是充满希望的肿瘤治疗方案。有关临床实验目前正在进行。 Dendritic cells(DC) are specialized antigen presenting cells that process and present antigenic peptides and play a crucial role in immune response. DC have the exceptional ability to stimulate directly the naive T cells both in vitro and in vivo. When they are used in cancer immunotherapy, DC pulsed in vitro with peptides, protein, tumor cells and their extracts, transduced with tumor associated antigen gene, RNA or cytokine gene and fused with tumor cells are involved. DC treatment may be the promise for the cancer therapy. Clinical trials are now carrying on.
