摘要
目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在肺部结节诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法本组自2004年6月至2010年6月应用电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)、术中冰冻切片病理检查对138例肺部结节病例进行诊断和治疗。结果 138例均取得很好诊断或治疗目的。结论电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在肺部结节诊断与治疗中创伤小、安全、可靠。
Objective To study the application value of the video - assisted thoracic surgery （VATS） in the diagnosis and treatment of lung nodules. Methods From June 2004 to June 2010 video-assisted thoracic surgery （VATS） was applied in 138 cases of lung nodules for diagnosis and treatment and intraopcrative frozen section biopsy was done in some of the cases. Results All patients tolerated the operation. 138 cases achieved good results of diagnostic or for therapeutic purposes. Conclusions Video-assisted thoracic surgery （VATS） is an invasive, safe and reliable maneuver in the diagnosis and treatment of lung nodules
