摘要
目的：寻找治疗恶性胸腔积液在心包腔积液的有效方法。方法：采用向腔内注射四环素、短棒、５－Ｆｕ＋丝裂霉素三种方法各８例治疗恶性胸腔和心包腔积液。结果：四环素与短棒组有效率为８８．８％和８３．３％，两组间没有显著性差异Ｐ〉０．０５，５－Ｆｕ加丝裂且有效率为４４．４％，与短棒组有显著性差异Ｐ〈０．０５，与四环素组有极显著性差异Ｐ〈０．００１。

Design: In situ hybridization. Method: In situ hybridization of rat ovary was performed with digoxigenin labeled IGFII cDNA probe. Results: The hybridized signals were distributed in the cytoplasm of thecal cells in polycystic ovary of rat and no signal was observed in the granulose cells. Conclusion: Reduced expression of IGFII mRNA in granulosa cells likely was associated with follicle development defect in rat PCO.
