摘要
报道了一种非同向离轴型大角孔径声光可调滤波器(AOTF)的设计、制作和性能测试。采用光矢量在折射率椭球上切线平行布局方式,利用设计、仿真软件确定了最佳的参数。驱动信号采用快速扫描直接数字合成器(DDS)技术和高速现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)技术产生。器件实现的调谐范围3.6~4.8μm,光谱分辨率小于75 nm,衍射效率为20%。
This paper describes the design,production and performance test of an off-axis non-collinear AOTF with large aperture.By adopting the layout pattern of making light vector parallel to the tangent of refractive ellipsoid,the best parameters have been obtained with the aid of the design and simulation software.The driving signals are derived from the fast scanning DDS and high speed FPGA techniques.The tunable range of the device is up to 3.6~4.8 μm with the spectrum resolution less than 75 nm and the diffraction efficiency of 20%.
