摘要
在对矿井刚性罐道偏斜机理进行分析的基础上,针对刚性罐道偏斜的特点,采用了倾角传感器对其进行直接测量。并应用了小波多分辨分析的方法对倾角信号进行趋势项提取,从而根据倾角信号与罐道偏斜量之间的关系定量分析了罐道偏斜故障的位置以及严重程度。
On the basis of analysis for steelwork deflection mechanism, oblique angle sensor was adopted to measure the steelwork deflection directly. And then the wavelet multi - resolution analysis method was used to extract the trend of oblique angle signal. Finally, according to the relation between oblique angle signal and steelwork deflection, the deflection fault location and severity were analyzed quantitatively.
