摘要
传统的电力系统电压崩溃评估方法是确定性方法。确定性方法通常考虑较为严重但发生概率较低的事件,所以常常导致评估结果保守。风险评估方法可以综合考虑事件的发生概率和后果,有很好的发展前景。提出了一种电力系统电压崩溃的风险评估方法,并针对IEEE 14节点系统进行了应用研究。文章还通过分析并联电容器的配置容量和电压崩溃风险的关系,提出了一种根据风险曲线确定并联电容器最优配置的方法。
As a traditional method, the deterministic method is currently applied in assessment of power system voltage collapse. Usually deterministic method considers the severe accidents with low occurrence probability, so that the assessment results frequently tend to conservative. The risk assessment method takes the occurrence probability and effects of accidents into account comprehensively, so its development potential will be desirable. A risk assessment method for power system voltage collapse is proposed and taking IEEE 14-bus system as the object its application research is performed. By means of analyzing the relation between the configured capacity of parallel capacitor and the risk of voltage collapse, a risk curve-based approach to determine optimal configuration of parallel capacitor is proposed.
