摘要
学术不端行为破坏了高校学术研究的有序发展,探寻其影响因子及敏感性有重要的现实意义。运用结构方程模型研究了个人压力、个人素质、组织制止和环境支持四个维度对成果内容型不端和社会关系型不端的影响机理。结果发现两类不端行为的影响因子及其力度有所不同,个人素质对两类学术不端行为均存在负向影响力,且影响力度均为最大,个人压力对两类学术不端行为均存在正向影响力,环境支持对社会关系型不端行为有显著的正向影响力,组织制止对成果内容型不端行为有较显著的负向影响力。据此,应注重提升高校科研人员的学术诚信素质,制定可操作的学术规范,建立适度的组织惩戒和社会惩戒制度,并努力创建宽松的学术研究氛围。
Academic misconduct hurts orderly development of academic research in colleges and universities.It has realistic value to know the influencing factors of academic misconduct and their strength.This paper uses structural equation model to explore the types of academic misconduct,its influencing factors and their strength in China.It also puts forward some countermeasure based on the empirical study in order to provide foundation of making decision for preventing academic misconduct in China.
