摘要
主要介绍了550 kV SF6气体绝缘GIS套管的内绝缘屏蔽结构形式。针对550 kV SF6气体绝缘GIS套管传统的双屏蔽层结构形式所带来的装配难、局放高和成本高等缺陷,通过建立电场模型及优化设计平台,选取了经电场优化的单屏蔽层方案,有效避免了传统的双屏蔽层设计所带来的问题。经型式试验验证,产品各项性能指标满足技术规范要求,绝缘试验合格并具有较大的裕度,套管具有良好的技术经济指标。
Inner shielding layer of 550 kV SF6 gas-insulated GIS bushing is introduced in this paper.Against to the problem of assembly difficulty,high partial discharge and high cost,through 550 kV SF6 gas-insulated GIS bushing electric field model and optimum design,single shield structure is selected.So the problems of assembly difficulty,high partial discharge and high cost are solved effectively.Each performance index of bushing satisfies the technical specifications request through type test,and has big tolerance.So the bushing has good technical economy index.
