摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷、油酸和壬二酸为原料酯化合成一种混合酯,测定混合酯的流变学性能、热氧稳定性和摩擦学性能。结果表明,该混合酯的黏度较高,倾点较低,最大无卡咬负荷为647 N,载荷392 N、转速1 450 r/min、长磨时间30 min实验条件下磨斑直径为0.56 mm,热分解温度接近250℃。该混合酯流变学性能、热氧稳定性及摩擦学性能均优于植物油和矿物油,是一类性能优良的合成酯类油。
A mixed ester was synthesized by using trimethylolpropane, oleic acid, and azelaic acid. Its rheological prop-erties, thermo-oxidative stability, and tribological properties have been investigated in detail. The results show that the synthesized mixed ester has higher viscosity, lower pour point, higher maximum non-seizer load (647 N), smaller wear scar diameter(0. 56 mm under load 392 N, speed 1 450 r/min and time 30 min), and well thermo-oxidative stability comparedwith vegetable oil and mineral oil. The synthesized mixed ester is a kind of ester oil with excellent properties.
