摘要
知识产权保护问题已经成为制约我国服务外包产业发展的重要因素。首先阐述服务外包的类型和作用,然后分析我国服务外包产业知识产权保护存在的主要问题,最后从三个方面提出加强我国服务外包产业知识产权保护的对策思路。
The problem of intellectual property protection has become one of the main obstacles of the development of serv- ice outsoureing industry in China. Based on expounding the type and function of service outsourcing, the paper analyzed the main problems of intellectual property protection in service outsourcing in China. At last, the paper brought forward corresponding countermeasures for strengthening intellectual property protection in service outsourcing.
