摘要
目的:探讨小剂量替罗非班治疗70岁以上高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及安全性。方法:86例高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组应用常规抗凝、抗血小板治疗,观察组另加用半剂量的替罗非班,观察72 h后病情变化。结果:治疗72 h,观察组总有效率为97.67%,对照组总有效率为81.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量替罗非班治疗70岁以上不稳定型心绞痛患者安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of low dose tirofiban in elderly patients with unstable angina.Methods The selected 86 cases of unstable angina were divided into the tirofiban group and the control group according to the treatment sequence.Both groups were routinely used the ordinary drug.While the tirofiban group was added low dose tirofiban for 48 hours.Comparisons of the reactions between the two groups after 72h treatments.Results At 72 hours the total effective rate of the tirofiban group and the control group were 97.67% and 81.4% respectively（P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina,low dose Tirofiban was relatively safe and effective.
