摘要
通过对常州中小企业知识产权保护现状进行调研,分析影响知识产权保护的3大因素:企业、政府和社会环境,在此基础上提出基于自主创新的中小企业知识产权保护要实施自主创新与知识产权联动,并相应给出企业和政府在联动机制下的对策。
Through investigating the present situation of intellectual property protection of Changzhou small and medium - sized enterprises, we analyze the three main influencing factors： the enterprise, the government and the social environment. Based on the above study, we propose that the independent innovation and the intellectual property rights linkage should be implemented. The paper also puts forward the corresponding policy for enterprise and government based on the linkage mechanism.
