摘要
在对相关研究文献进行回顾与评价的基础上,分析虚拟组织中网络交往的实现路径,并构建一个综合性理论模型,对网络交往、员工交往公平感和员工关系网质量之间的关系进行剖析。
After reviewing the related literatures, this article analyzes how the network -communication is carried out in virtual organizations, constructs a comprehensive theory - model, and analyzes the relationship among network - communication, the staff' s sense of fairness of the communication and the quality of staff-relationship.
