摘要
由于现有对外技术依存度测评方法中统计指标的统计口径还存在局限性,致使我国现有的对外技术依存度指标并不能客观、合理地反映我国技术创新对于国外引进技术的依存关系,而且不适宜进行国际比较。因此,采用技术贸易数据替代技术引进经费,应用OECD及我国通常采用的对外技术依存度测算方法,对我国等10个国家的对外技术依存度进行测算与比较分析。
As a result of limitation of statistical caliber of statistical indicators in foreign technology dependency measuring methods at present, it is not impersonal and reasonable for the existing foreign technology dependency indicator to reflect the dependence relationship of technology innovation to technology introduced from foreign countries, and it is not suitable for international comparison. Therefore, this article used technology trade indicator as a substitute for expenditures of introducing technology, adopted the usual foreign technology dependency measuring methods of OECD and China, measured, compared and analyzed foreign technology dependency of ten countries including China.
