机械式CVVL气门驱动机构的开发

摘要 基于某型汽油机开发了一种机械式连续可变气门升程(CVVL)机构。实验结果表明,该机构可实现气门升程在0.35~8.93 mm之间连续调节,对应气门开启持续期104~250°CA,且机构运动稳定性好,没有气门升程曲线失真现象,机械损失优于原机气门驱动系统。 A type of mechanical continuously variable valve lift(CVVL) mechanism is developed based on a particular gasoline engine.The test results indicate that valve lift varies among 0.35 to 8.93 mm while duration correspondingly among 104 to 250°CA.The CVVL mechanism runs stably without lift curve distorted,and the driving torque is less than the particular engine's,which shows a better mechanical efficiency.
