摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是导致痴呆的最常见的进行性神经退行性疾病。淀粉样肽(amyloid β peptide,Aβ)在脑中沉积形成老年斑是AD的神经病理学标志之一,Aβ产生与清除的动态平衡是决定老年斑形成的重要因素。
