摘要
给出采用0.8μm 30 V BCDMOS工艺技术的电流模降压型DC-DC转换器的功率级设计,该功率级可以输出3 A负载电流,转换效率可达到92%。主要描述了电流模降压型DC-DC转换器功率级的建模以及功率级电路和版图设计,包括功率晶体管及驱动电路、功率晶体管采样电流及斜波补偿电路,最后给出了该功率级设计的测试结果。
This paper presents a highly power efficient current mode buck DC-DC converter output power stage design implemented in 0.8 μm 30 V BCDMOS technology. The presented power stage is capable of output 3 A load current at a power efficiency approaching 92%. The paper descripts the model of current mode buck DC-DC converter output power stage, circuits and layout details of power switch driver stage, power switch sense, slope compensation are also presented. The results of the work are also presented.
