摘要
目的了解本地区成人不同年龄段空腹血糖(FPG)水平、以及高血糖分布状况。方法 2 518例体检人群按年龄段分组:20~29岁组(A组)、30~39岁组(B组)、40~49岁组(C组),50~59岁组(D组)和≥60岁组(E组),检测受检者FPG水平。结果 A组男、女的FPG平均浓度均为最低,分别为(5.20±0.93)mmol/L、(5.00±0.37)mmol/L。男性以D组为最高,女性以E组最高,各组女性FPG水平均低于男性。受检男性A、B组与C、D、E组FPG差异均有统计学意义,而A、B组间差异无统计学意义。女性仅A、B组间和D、E组间的差异无统计学意义,其他各组间FPG水平差异均有统计学意义。A组空腹血糖受损(IFG)、糖尿病(DM)检出率最低,E组为最高。结论本地区成人的FPG浓度、IFG和DM检出率随年龄增加总体呈上升趋势,应该重视高血糖、糖尿病发生的年轻化。
Objective To detect the level of fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and to analyse the prevalence of hyperglycemia in different age groups.Methods The subjects(total 2518 cases) enrolled in this study were divided into 5 groups(A^E).Fasting plasma glucose was assessed by glucose oxidase method.SPSS13.0 software was used to statistical analysis.Results The level of FPG in group A(male,5.20±0.93 mmol/L and female,5.00±0.37mmol/L) was lower than the others groups,respectively.The FPG concentration of male in all groups was higher than the levels of female.The FPG concentration of male in groups C^E were significantly higher than the levels of group A and B,but no same change was found between group A and B(P=0.115).The levels of FPG in female were increased significantly with age except for group A~ B and group D^E.The ratio of impaired fasting glucose(IFG) and diabetes mellitus(DM) were all increased with age in male and female cases.Conclusion Stepwise increase in FPG concentration and prevalence of hyperglycemia was evident in this study.It is necessary to conduct regular examination of FPG level in adults and servile the prevalence of hyperglycemia and diabetes mellitus in young adults.
