摘要 本文研究了一种新型的微波开关。利用震荡电路产生频率为50Hz(占空比为1)的低频信号,低频信号通过施密特触发器得到10GHz的高频信号,然后通过高频振荡器发射微波束。利用波束障碍原理,当接收振荡器接收到的微波束经过滤波、放大、解调后,控制芯片(MSP430F149)对得到的幅值、低频频率、高频频率等参数进行判断,从而达到检测物位的目的。该系统不仅具有结构简单、使用方便、成本低、功耗小、工作稳定等优点,而且还有很强的扩展能力及宽广的应用范围。 This paper studies a new type of microwave switch.Using concussion circuit produce a low-frequency signal with the frequency is 50Hz(duty cycle is 1%).then,the low-frequency signals is input a Schmitt toggle to produce a high-frequency signals of 10GHz.And then,the microwave beam is launched by a high-frequency oscillators.After filtering,amplification and demodulation,the microwave beam which is received by a receiving oscillator is transferd to the control chip(MSP430F149),by using the principle of beam obstacles,it judge the material level by the amplitude,high frequency and low-frequency.This system not only has the advantage of simple structure,convenient operation,low cost,low consumption,stable work etc,but also has the strong expansion ability and wide range of applications.
