摘要
军队持卡就医的实施对于推动军队医院的改革及管理起着重要的作用。但在具体实施过程中,与H IS系统也存在着各种问题;本文就两者在运行过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决方案。
From the 2005 the military medical care has gone though six years,its implementation of the reform for the promotion and management of military hospitals play an important role.But it is in the process of implementation of the HIS system,there are various issues,this article is analysis of the problems and propose solutions.
