摘要
本文阐述了多种原因造成多层砖房轻微损坏有其相似现象的情况 ,给震害调查和工程鉴定工作带来一定难度。文中重点介绍了造成多层砖房损坏的几种类型和特点 ,提出了多层砖房地震损坏宏观判别时应注意三个方面的因素 ,可供震后房屋建筑震害调查时参考。
This paper explains the diversified reasons that cause light damages to multistory brick buildings showing similar phenomina.This will bring difficulty to the investigation and appraisal of engineering projects due to earthquake damage.Several types of destroyed multistory brick buildings and several special features of earthquake damages are introduced as focal points.It is also mentioned that three factors should be paid attention in distinguishing earthquake damages.This can be used as a reference for the investigation of post??earthquake damages to buildings.
