摘要
医疗安全是医院立足的底线,医疗质量是医疗安全的核心,从医疗安全出发,守好底线,促进医疗质量的持续提高,促进医院可持续发展,是军队中小医院面临的重要课题。本文对影响医疗安全特别是医疗风险的影响因素进行分析,进而提出从医疗安全出发提高医疗质量的措施,并取得成效。
Medical safety is the base line of establishing hospital,and medical quality is the core of medical safety.It is an important issue for military small and medium hospital to promote medical quality and the sustainable development of hospital from the viewpoint of medical safety.The article analyzed the influencing factors of medical safety and medical risks.Then the author put forward some suggestions to improve medical quality and analyzed the effectiveness.
