摘要
利用北京市两次基本单位普查和两次全国经济普查数据,揭示自1996年以来北京就业空间格局及其变动特征。研究发现,北京仍处于就业向都市区集聚的阶段,就业密度从中心区向近郊区、都市区内沿和都市区外缘依次快速下降。中心区原有商业中心衍生出的金融街、泛CBD地区形成就业双中心。未来北京将继续保持中心区就业稳定、近郊区就业高速增长、都市区内沿快速增长的格局,不过中心区外围更多次级就业中心的快速增长将加快多中心格局的形成。
This paper identifies employment distribution in Beijing from 1996 to 2008, based on unit census data and economic census data. The results indicate that employment still stay centralized in Beijing, with a descending manner in inner and outer suburbs, shaping a multi-central pattern employment.
