摘要
解决北京道路交通拥堵这一问题,需要从体制、政策、规划、管理等多方面进行综合治理。文章从交通管理的角度较系统地进行了对策研究。
In order to solve the problem of traffic jam in Beijing, comprehensive measures should be taken from the points of system,policy,planning and management. This article systematically studies the policy to the traffic management.
