摘要
为了给调度员提供一个有力的辅助决策工具,使其能够快速、正确地进行故障分析和事故处理,提出一种城市电网应急系统建设范例。介绍了城市电网应急系统的建设思路、关键技术、组成模块、功能与应用特点,描述了本系统的实际动作行为流程。通过某城市大面积停电应用案例说明本系统的正确性和实用性,并为其他地区电网调度的智能化发展提供了实际参考。
To provide a forceful auxiliary decision-making tool to help the dispatchers make accidents analysis and handling quickly and correctly,an emergency processing system for urban network is proposed.This paper introduces the construction idea,key technology,composition module,function and application features,describes the system action process,and shows the correctness and practicability through a large scope blackout cities application example,which offers a reference for the development of intelligent dispatching in the other areas.
