1.02%、0.55%。 The experiments were conducted to estimate effects of calcium and phosphorus levels on bone growth of broilers.Eight hundred 1-day-old AA broilers with similar body weight were randomly allotted into 20 experimental treatments with 4 replicates of 10 broilers each.Broilers were fed with the diets containing five levels of calcium(0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%and 1.5%) and four levels of nonphytate phosphorus(0.35%,0.45%,0.55%and 0.65%) in a 5 × 4 factorial arrangement. The results showed thatthe tibia strength, tibia ash and tibia phosphorus were significantly positively related to dietary calcium and phosphorus concentration(P0.05),but tibia strength, tibia ash and tibia phosphorus were decreased significantly while dietary calcium 1.5%,0.6% and nonphytate phosphorus 0.35%(P0.05).The results also suggested that the maximum tibia strength was obtained when calcium, nonphytate phosphorus levels were 1.0% and 0.45% during 4 to 6 weeks. The results indicated that the requirements of calcium and nonphytate phosphorus for optimal tibia ash and tibia strength were 0.99% and 0.55%,1.02% and 0.55%,respectively.
