摘要
采用Authorware6.5、FLASH和3D MAX8动画软件,以辽宁太平湾水电站一水轮机和发电机组实际检修与运行为例,研发了轴流转桨式水轮发电机组标准化检修培训三维仿真系统,建立了ZZ560a-LH-800水轮机和发电机组的工作原理的三维动画演示,为确保水电站经济运行、缩短检修人员培训周期、标准化检修制度的推广奠定了基础。
Taking the actual maintenance and operation of turbine generator stes for Taipingwan hydropower station in Liaoning Province for an example,animation softwares,such as Authorware6.5,Flash and 3DMAX8,are used to develop three-dimensional simulation system of standardized maintenance and training for Kaplan turbine generator sets.At the same time,three-dimensional animation of working principle for ZZ560a-LH-800 turbine generating sets is established.Thus,it can not only ensure the economic operation of hydropower station and shorten the training cycle of maintainer,but also lay a foundation for promotion of standardized maintenance system.
