摘要
针对塔带机在在大型水利工程施工过程中参数复杂且不易确定的问题,基于分析塔带机系统各部件模型参数,建立了塔带机虚拟样机系统,仿真大型水利工程施工现场塔带机运行情况,提出了适合工程实际应用的分析测试与校核方法,并分析试验结果,获得了符合稳定计算要求的塔带机系统模型参数。结果表明,该方法可准确模拟塔带机真实工况,为塔带机系统稳定运行及维护提供了准确的计算依据。
According to the problem of the complexity and uncertain parameters in the process of large-scale water conservancy project of tower belt crane,the virtual prototyping system is established in this paper based on the analysis on the parameters of each part in tower belt crane system.And the operation of tower belt crane for large-scale water conservancy project is simulated.Then the method of test and verification is proposed to practical application.Finally,it obtains the parameters of system model fitting for stable calculation demands by analyzing the test results.It indicates that this method could simulate the true condition of the tower belt crane and provide accurate calculation basis for stable operation of tower belt crane system.
