摘要
近年,国家对小型农田水利工程建设的投入逐年增多,如何保证工程建后的正常运行与管护并持续发挥工程效益,已经成为当前亟待研究解决的问题。在分析当前小型农田水利工程管护中存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的建议。
China has gradually increased investment for the small-size farmland irrigation systems in recent years.The pending problem to be solved is how to maintain the operation and management to promote the produced benefits of these systems after the construction.Through the analysis of the problems in the operation and management of the existing small-size farmland irrigation systems,the corresponding suggestions are made in the paper.
