摘要
利用静电纺丝转轴法制备羟基丁酸-羟基戊酸共聚酯(PHBV)有序纤维,研究了转轴表面线速度对PHBV纤维结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着转轴表面线速度的提高,PHBV纤维的排列有序度、晶区取向度及分子链取向度、结晶度以及力学性能提高,10.5m/s时均达到最大值,其后又有所降低;转轴的卷绕对纤维具有拉伸作用,随着转轴表面线速度的增加,纤维的平均直径和晶粒尺寸减小;电纺有序PHBV纤维在拉伸过程中经过屈服点以后没有明显的细颈现象,而是随着应变的增大应力逐渐降低直至完全断裂。
An aligned poly (hydroxybutyrate co-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) fiber was prepared by electrospinning process. The effect of the surface velocity of the rotation axis on the structure and properties of PHBV fiber was studied. The results showed that the fiber arrangement order, orientation degree of crystalline region and molecular chain, crystallinity and mechanical properties of PHBV fiber all increased till the maximum value appeared at 10.5 m/s, and then decreased somewhat as the surface velocity of rotation axis was raised. The rotation axis provided a drawing effect to the fiber. The average diameter and crystal size of the fiber decreased while increasing the surface velocity of the ratation axis. No obvious necking phenomenon was observed after the yield point during the drawing process of PHBV fiber. But the stress gradually decreased till broken with the growth of the strain.
